  • Take apotted plant.Keep it in the dark room for two to three days
  • Now, take a Wide-mouthed bottle
  • Take some KOH liquid into the bottle.
  • Select a leaf from potted plant and put half of the leaf into the bottle without cutting it from the plant.
  • Kepp this in the sunlight for three to four hours.
  • After 3-4 hours cut the leaf from the plant and take the leaf out of the bottle.
  • Test it with iodine solution.
