- Take apotted plant.Keep it in the dark room for two to three days
- Now, take a Wide-mouthed bottle
- Take some KOH liquid into the bottle.
- Select a leaf from potted plant and put half of the leaf into the bottle without cutting it from the plant.
- Kepp this in the sunlight for three to four hours.
- After 3-4 hours cut the leaf from the plant and take the leaf out of the bottle.
- Test it with iodine solution.
- we will observe the leaf inside the bottle does not turn into deep blue.
