After the condition in the capital Petrograd were grim.
The immediate cause of Petrograd revolution were that the people got low wages and worked for many hours and the other causes were the food insecurity felt by the workers in winter and a demand for a democracy.
As a result the slogan were raised for bread, wages, better hours and democracy.
