The impact of globalization on small producers are :-

(i) Globalisation encourages competition. Big industries and companies have been able to compete, but the small producers were hit badly.

Impacts of Globalization

Small producers were unable to compete with MNCs

They were unable to sell their products at competitive prices

They lost the market because cost of production cannot be reduced to lower the price of the product.
