There is very impact of human resources on economic growth as we can understand by economy of the Japan and India as in India peoples are very lazy while in Japan all people are very hard work so the economy of Japan is an apex of the success while India is still developing country.

Human is the resource which utilises all other resources. Without involvement of humans all other resources are just a waste. Hence human resource is the most important resource. As much the human resource much faster any work will be done and the economic growth will be more fater, but if we have more human resource than required than economic growth will be slow as the economy will be divided in small amounts in many part.
