During skeletal muscle contraction, the thick filament slides over the thin filament by a repeated binding and releases of myosin head along the filament. This whole process occurs in a sequential manner. Step 1: ... Neuromuscular junction is a junction between a neuron and the sarcolemma of the muscle fibre.

Answer:

The important steps of muscle are as follows

Explanation:

ist step ATP binds to myosin disrupting the actin myosin complex and the the bound actin is released.ATP hydrolysis then take place

2nd step causing a conformational change in the myosin to a high energy state and change the  orientation myosin head according to the actin filament.Myosin then binds weakly to F actin and phosphate product of ATP hydrolysis is released.

3rd step   Another conformational change occur that closes the myosin cleft thus strengthening the actin mysin interreaction .

4th step  This step deals with the power stroke during which the myosin returns to its original resting state.its orientation to the bound actin changes to pull the tail of the myosin toward the z disk.ADP is then released to complete the cycle.
