The incident occur at the time of re-organizatin of state after Independent in Indian:
After two hundred years of the British rule India finally achieved it’s independence on the year 1947, India was divided in three parts, India, Pakistan & East Pakistan. India was further divided into states as India was an union of states.
In the state re-organisation act of 1956 it was decided on how the states would be divided. The princely states of Himachal Pradesh and Rajasthan was integrated as our states.
