The revolt in the Saigon Native Girls school was like this>>

1. A major protest occured in Saigon Native Girls school in 1926.

2.A vietnamese girl sitting in one of the front seats was asked to move back and make space for a french student.

3.On refusal, she and other students who were supporting her were expelled by the principal.

4.As many protests broke out,the govt. forced the school to take the students back.

5.Later the protest soon changed into a revolt and vietnamese students from all the schools participated in it . The principal took back students on the govt's pressure.

In Saigon native girls school, the principal expelled Vietnamese girl because she refused to vacate a front row seat for a French student. This led to wide spread protest from students and more expensive to prevent agitation from spreading to other schools, the government forced the school to take the student back.
