When Mrs Van Daan sit as a patient. ..it was quite tough for Mr Dussel to handle her because she used to scream every sec even if Mr Dussel wouldn't touch her
And of course since they were in the annexe Mr Dussel didn't had the proper machine to do the filling or remove a tooth so they were using the equipments of a sewing machine and he had to constantly push the paddle kind of thing by his leg while operating her tooth above ...and then Anne used to calm down Mrs Van Daan
