Explanation:

Mitochondria have two chambers: matrix and the cristae. Chloroplast also has two chambers stroma and thylakoid. The inner membrane of mitochondria is folded into cristae. The inner membrane of the chloroplast rises into flattened sacs called as thylakoids.
