Heart is divided into two parts left and right by a wall called septum. then it is divided into upper and lower parts as four Chambers are formed , the upper two Chambers are known as left atrium and right atrium. The lower two Chambers are known as left ventricle and right ventricle. the left atrium is connected with left ventricle by wall called bivuspid wall or mitral valve,the right atrium is connected with right ventricle by tricuspid valve.

Explanation:

the right atrium receive deoxygenated blood from the body by Veena cavea (largest vein) and then it's passes to right ventricle which send it into lungs through pulmonary artery. The left atrium receive the oxygenated blood from lungs by pulmonary vein then passes to left ventricle which send it into the body by aorta (largest artery). a valve called Semilunar valve prevent the blood from back flow from aorta.
