As it flows down it keeps on depositing all these particle salon the bank of the river and its tributaries and distributaries separates themselves and flow. When it come near the mouth its deposition work is more and thus it results in the formation of deltas. Finally its ends up in its mouth where it meet the seas.

Before meeting the sea the river becomes large and sluggish and gets divided into several distributeries.it now comes to its old stage . the river has deposit slit,sand and sediments. over a large area near it's mouth.
