Answer:

Kalam recollects his three teachers at

MIT with love, respect and a sense of

nostalgia. He recalls how these teachersProf. Spondor, Prof. K. A. V. Pandalai and

Prof. Narasingha Rao- shaped his thinking. Their contributions formed the

foundation on which Kalam built his

professional career. Kalam learnt to never

worry about his future, but to lay sound

foundations. He also recalls how cheerful,

friendly and enthusiastic his teachers

were. Prof. Pandalai was a man of great

scholarship and intellectual integrity but

he didn’t have arrogance. Prof. Spondor

was calm, energetic and in total control of

himself. Prof. Narasingha Rao - who

taught him theoretical aerodynamics -

would give kind and persistent advices on

picking up proofs to equations of

aerodynamic flow. Therefore, we see a

sense of love, obedience, sincerity and

appreciation in Kalam’s recollection of his

teachers at MIT.
