The law making process includes the following steps-
1) introduction of bill in the lower house or the lok sabha.
2) each clause of the bill is discussed and changed if required in the three meetings organised.
3) if the bill passes the lower house, it is sent to the upper house or rajya sabha.
4) the same process of discussion is repeated in the form of three meetings.
5) if passed by the upper house too, the bill is finally sent to the president for review and signature.
6) if the president signs the bill, it becomes a law. however, the president always has the authority to send the bill for re-discussion.
7) if the president doesn't sign the bill, the same process of discussion is repeated all over again.
