☆He can dissolve the legislative assembly even before 5 years on the advice of Chief Minister.

☆ He addresses the first session of state legislature after general election.

☆Governor’s consent is compulsory on any proposal passed by the state legislature.

☆He can also reject the proposal and sent it back for reconsideration but if the same proposal is passed for second time then he has to accept it.

☆ He can keep some bills for president’s consideration.
