The malaria parasite life cycle involves two hosts. During a blood meal, a malaria-infected female Anopheles mosquito inoculates sporozoites into the human host . Sporozoites infect liver cells and mature into schizonts , which rupture and release merozoites.

Answer:
Plasmodium enters the human body as the sporozoites through the bite of infected anopheles mosquito. The parasites initially multiply within the liver cells and then attacking RBCs resulting in theri rupture. The rupture of RBCs is associated with the release of toxic substance, haemozoin, which is responsible for chill and high fever. When an anopheles mosquito bites an infected person, these parasites enter the mosquito's body and undergo further development. The parasites multiply within them to form sporozoites. When a anopheles bites infected person this enters and complete their life cycle.
