the people in ladakh are very good kind hearted but their lives are too hard to be living they have to travel distance in the trolley or the rope car there are place were there are people who even travel distance in one and only in pulley's like kullu and manalli

Ladakh is sparsely populated there are fewer than 50 people per square km agriculture horticulture sericulture cattle rearing handicraft tourism and trading are the major economic activities of the people the people here is lead a very hard life during the harsh winter they do not venture out much . man take care of heading trading and production in cottage industry they are very often operate at tourist guides the women apart from taking care of domestic work also work in fields and manage shop.
