Hey there !

Solution:

In a XY plane, there are 4 quadrants with which each of them having different signs.

The First Quadrant has both positive abscissa and ordinate

The Second Quadrant has a negative abscissa and a positive ordinate

The third Quadrant has both negative abscissa and ordinate

The fourth quadrant has a positive abscissa and a negative ordinate.

Hence According to the question asked, the condition is satisfied by the Second Quadrant.

Hence the location is in Quadrant II.

Hope my answer helped !
