In Belgium, the constitution of the country was amended four times in between 1970 to 1993. The main features of the power sharing model are as follows-
1. The number of Dutch and French speaking ministers shall be equal in number in the central government.
2. Most of the powers of the central government are given to the state government of the country.
3. Brussels has a separate government in which communities have equal representatives.
4. There is AA type of government which is called the community government.
