The natural environment refers to both the living and non living things that have existed naturally without the influence of man. Natural environment constituents include land, animals, air, plants, water. A broader look into the natural environment involves breaking it into small areas that differ in features. These include the lithosphere, hydrosphere, atmosphere and biosphere. Man made environment results from mans interaction with it that may lead to its alteration to suit his needs. His inventions form an artificial ecosystem.
