The main objective of physical eduction is to keep you fit and tight all the time. Everything is useful at a situation the anyone dont really know anyone may encounter any unexpected situation and you say in your heart that thing i learnt from the P.E.T have saved me this time. Also we need some relief of stress which is a great hope of understanding the topic if you relieve stress form you. Dont miss the P.T classes in your school
