Answer:

The stages of the water cycle start from theevaporation of water in waters such as lakesand seas (evaporation) and in plants (transpiration),followed by movement of water vapor(advection) to cloud formation (condensation), rainfrom clouds (precipitation) and then entry ofwater into the soil (infiltration).

Answer

There are four main stages in the water cycle :-

They are evaporation, condensation, precipitation and collection.

Condensation :-

This is when water vapour in the air cools down and turns back into liquid water.

Precipitation :-

This is when water (in the form of rain, snow, hail or sleet) falls from clouds in the sky.

Evaporation :-

In the water cycle, evaporation occurs when sunlight warms the surface of the water. The heat from the sun makes the water molecules move faster and faster, until they move so fast they escape as a gas. Once evaporated, a molecule of water vapor spends about ten days in the air.

All the best :)
