Globalization is the unification between countries through foreign trading and investments through MNCs. The major problems created by globalization for a large number of small producers are:-

  • The main problem that small producers face is inequality in income and the jobs of the small labor are not safe in MNCs. It also led to the spread of unsystematic departments.
  • Because of grievous competition, the small producers are getting destroyed and a lot of units have been closed which is making many laborers jobless.
  • The lives of laborers are in the hands of employers and they are getting ignored by their owners.
