(i) It may lead to widening of income inequalities now enjoy improved quality and lower prices for among various countries.
(ii) Workers jobs are no longer secure.
(iii) Small manufacturers have been hit hard due to companies to emerge as MNCs themselves like severe competition. Tata Motors, Infosys, Ranbaxy, Asian Paints etc
(iv)  Workers are denied their fair share of benefits.
(v)  Lives of workers are on the whims of employers.

4. As we know that many people Chinese product which is not very expansive or their no any guaranty of the product whereas the Indian product is so expansive and it has guaranty also but no very few people buy that product.
