India is a Democratic country as well as a cultural country .We celebrate all sorts of fests like environment day to women's day every year . Some fests are given more importance like republic day etc. generally we celebrate national fests at school .Cultural fests r like we prepare for it in a week advanced and enjoy it to the fullest. One of my favorite fest is Ramadan Eid on that day early in the morning we have bath and pray together then we have breakfast . And a lot of sweets are cooked at home so we distribute them then we have lunch and have rest for some time then we just go about to meet others and at the end of the day all well and good we sleep peacefully.

india is a cultural country. we celebrate from holi to new year. all the festivals. But i want to describe my favorite one festival that is diwali. Diwali which is also called as festival of lights, victory of goodness over evil. The festival starts a week earlier when we lighten the home with candles, lights of different colors. New clothes wore by everyone and sweets are getting exchanged. In the evening , worship is taking place of lord rama for their victory. Something special dishes are also made at home yo celebrate it. overall it is my favorite festival.
