Pasteurization is the process of heating the milk for 10 mins at the temperature of 60-65 degree celcius to kill all the harmful microbes.

Pasteurisation is a process in which food is heated to a high temperature and then cooled quickly this kills bacteria without affecting the flavour for example milk
