Hello,
The military rule was like Apparthied system
_______________________________________
The large grazing grounds of Africa were turned into cultivation field and Game reserves.
The pastoralists weren't allowed to enter in these Reserves Areas and were forced to live in there areas
They weren't allowed to move out with their stock without special permits.
The permits specified for certain period of time,And if they overstated they had to Pay fines.
Those who found Guilty,They were severely punished
It adversly affected the life of Pastoralists
Many acts were applied on pastoralists like forest act, Criminal act,Wasteland rules etc
many cattles died, and The welath of pastoralists became 'Zero'
They were always under strict Control
No pastoralists were allowed to go in Forests or reserved Forests they could go if they had a Permit
thanks

Nomadic pastoralists have a global food-producing strategy depending on the management of herd animals for meat, skin, wool, milk, blood, manure, and transport. Nomadic pastoralism is practiced in different climates and environments with daily movement and seasonal migration.
