Houses:The houses were one or two storeys high. They were made of baked bricks. Most houses had a courtyard with rooms around it,a kitchen, bathroom and a well.
Drains:The drains of the Indus cities were very well planned. The bathrooms had sloping floors and drains connected to the street drains. The street drains ran along the sides of the streets. The drains were covered with bricks and were cleaned from time to time
Streets:The streets were cut into right angles.Every house had a street running to the main street. The main street was about 800 mtrs long and 10mtrs wide.
Hope it helps you.
