Answer:

Since the object is placed at a distance greater than the focal length of the convex lens, so the image formed is real and inverted.

Answer:

here U is object distance ,

V is image distance,

F is focal length

ACCORDING To LENS FORMULA

1÷f=1÷v−1÷u

1/15=1/v- (-1/30)

= 1/v=1/30+1/15

= 1/ v=(1+2)/30

= 3/30

= 1/10

= v=10cm

focal length is positive for convex lens

object distance is always negative
