The community plays a very important role in the life of young children. They grow up in communities and their lives are shaped by the community, which they live in. As such, it has a say in their development.

Along with the school, the community has the responsibility of moulding young minds and ensuring that basic civic consciousness is awakened in them.

Training young children to keep surroundings clean and green, encouraging them to help the elderly and under-privileged and recycling, are some of the initiatives the community can involve the children in.

Along with the school curriculum, it makes them better citizens of tomorrow.
