States that the current through a conductor between two points is directly proportional to the voltage across the two points....

the current passing through a conductor is proportional to the voltage over the resistance...

and ohms law isn't a true law.....

it states that , "current flowing through a conductor is directly proportional to to the pd.across it's ends ,if temp and other physical condition remain unchanged."

where I= current

or v= I/R

v=potential difference.
R= resistance.

the s.i unit of resistance is ohm.
