The Treaty of Versailles was signed in 1919, which helped to end the World War I between Germany and other allied powers. As per the treaty Germany had to take responsibility of all reparations of the damage done to nations during the war and Germany duly took it and did what was required.
For quite a few years the treaty was imposed on Germany and finally in 1935 Hilter suppressed the treaty and asked for major amendments. He refused to accept the authoritative clauses in the treaty and this made Hilter the German leader and helped him to popularize his ideology of Facism.
