HEY MATE YOUR ANSWER IS HERE !!!!!
The kinetic theory of matter (particle theory) says that all matter consists of many, very small particles which are constantly moving or in a continual state of motion. The degree to which the particles move is determined by the amount of energy they have and their relationship to other particles

I hope this answer is helpful for you......

In simple language:

The kinetic theory of matter also called the particle theory states that:-

Matter consists of small particles .Each such particle even is made of more smaller particles.

The smallest particle that can exist independently is called an atom.

This atom is randomly in motion in a body. The atoms result in an internal kinetic energy of the body.

This motion we feel it as the heat of the body.

The motion only stops at 0K or absolute zero temperature.

That was extra information about the particle theory.

Hope it helps you.

Have a nice day:-)
