Double circulation:
The process of double circulation involves two different circulations one being the systemic circulation which carries the oxygenated blood from the heart and delivers to different parts of the body except the lungs and carries back the ‘deoxygenated blood’ from different parts of the ‘body to the heart’.
The other is the pulmonary circulation which is the circulation of oxygenated and deoxygenated blood between ‘the heart and the lungs’.
