reproductive system undergoes some changes at puberty and those changes repeat at the interval of every 28 to 30 days. These repetitive changes are called menstrual cycle. menstrual cycle is a natural process controlled by four hormones which are follicle stimulating hormone luteinizing hormone estrogen and progesterone. one of the server follicles in the ovary starts to develop along with the oocyte present in it under the effect of FSH . this developing follicle secrets oestrogen. endometrium of the uterus starts to develop a regenerate under the effect of oestrogen. mean while by developing follicle completes his development it was under the effect of luteinizing hormone and a site is released this is called ovulation. remaining tissues of the burst follicle forms the Corpus luteum starts to secret progesterone. if a oocyte is not fertilized within 24 hours Corpus luteum becomes inactive and transforms into Corpus albicans. due to this secretion of oestrogen and progesterone stops completely and endometrium starts to degenerate in the absence of those two hormones. tissues of generating endometrium and unfertilized ovium are discarded . this is accompanied with contiuous bleeding.

The four phases of the menstrual cycle are menstruation, the follicular phase, ovulation and the luteal phase. Common menstrual problems include heavy or painful periods and premenstrual syndrome (PMS). Knowing when in the menstrual cycle a woman is most likely to conceive can increase the chance of pregnancy. The principle used in biological control is predation and parasitism. It kills the insect without causing any effects to human health—some of the microbes used as biocontrol agents are the Bacillus thuringiensis, Trichoderma, Baculoviruses, and Nucleopolyhedrovirus.
