Four key points about the Preamble are that India is defined as a sovereign , socialist, secular and democratic republic.

a) Secularism: Principle of non interference in religion

b) Sovereignty stands for the supreme authority within the boundaries of a country. A sovereign state does not recognize legal supremacy of any other country,no other State or external power can interfere in the internal and external affairs of the country.

c) Liberty is the total rights possessed in general by the people of a community/state/nation as they relate to its government, and/or the expectation that a nation's people have of exemption from control by a foreign power.

The features of the Indian Constitution are

1) Indian constitution is a lengthiest written document.

2)The most important aspect of the features of Indian Constitution is the tendency to eradicate inequality that the traditional social relations have given birth to.

3)Special feature of the Indian constitution is the steady concentration  of power in the hands of Prime Mininster and his office.

4)The Indian Constitution is said to be “framed by the People of India”. The Constituent Assembly formed for drafting the constitution of assembly was framed by the people belonging to all parts of the society. This Constituent Assembly is considered to be a representative body of people living in the country.
