This picture is about the life which we are living today. It is showing that how irresponsible people have became, they don't think of their society and litter around, make noise, do pollution and don't think of other people whether they will get disturbed or not.
As we can see in this picture cars are in an extremely high speed and we can also see a boy eating chocolate and littering the wrapper around. But we can see that some people are also following rules and crossing the road at zebra crossing even the blind man. We can also see some careless people who don't care about anyone around them, the same is with the boy with a baby who is not taking care of baby and baby's milk bottle is on the floor, the baby is crying but the boy is not hearing him. By this we can understand the this picture is about today's life that we live.
