The Police Force hired my Hitler was made out of soldiers who were thrown out of the German Army, when The Treaty Of Versailled reduced the number of soldiers in German Army.

The puropose behind it was to make a special security force for the nazi party and create havoc among other parties. Hitler wanted to show his concern to the people of Germany through this doing.
