in Belgium power was divided between both the communities:

1 there were equal no. of ministers in central gov.

2. many powers of central government were given to state gov.

3. Brussels had a separate gov. which had equal no. of ministers of both the communities

4. there was another kind of government called community government which looked after disparities between two religion
