The procedure for an ordinary getting passed by the union government is as follows:
1)It is proposed in the lower house
2)It is then discussed thoroughly in the lower house
3) Finally voting takes place and if the bill has majority of votes then it goes to upper house
4) the same procedure takes place in the Rajya
House
5)If approved then it goes to council of ministers and then to president
6) Then The president take the advice of PM and then signs the bill
7) The Bill is sent to supreme court who implements the Bill in the country
