an ordinary bill can be introduced in any of the house of parliament . it can be introduced by Minister any private member of the house .an ordinary bill has to go through the process given in the picture.

Ordinary bill can be passed by either of the houses (if the legislature is bicameral). After the bill is passed by both the houses, it is sent to the governor for his assent. He can send back the bill for reconsideration. When the bill is passed again, the governor has to give his assent. The president can also issue an ordinance if parliament is not in session.
