an ordinary bill can be introduced in either of the two houses of the parliament.once passed by both the houses and approved by the president,it becomes a law.

An ordinary bill can either originate in he rajya sabha and lok sabha.

It should be passed by the 2/3 rd majority of the both houses and then sent for the president for his assent

Deesha515: 1: Introduction of the bill. It can be done in either of the houses by ANY member. 2: Committee stage. In this stage, the bill is usually sent to a committee for a report. 3: Second reading. Here, the report about the bill introduced is received, thus discussion takes place. Amendments can be taken into consideration. Each clause of the bill is passed by a majority vote.
