Well, you did not mentioned the  the amount of normality of oxalic acid for example 0.1 or 1 normal.
But, if you want to prepare any normality solution just Certain amount of oxalic acid is put in the certain amount of the solution . That certain amount or concentration depends upon who much normality you want .
Actually Normality is the gram equivalent weight concentration per 1000 mL or 1 liter of water.
