I think there is no non-destructive practical way to do so. in very rare cases, a particular property of an ingredient allows for physical separation, for example magnetic property of iron oxides permits magnetic separation without destruction by chemicals. as far as I know, copper oxide has no specific property that can be easily used for its separation from other oxides.
