Describe the process of ascent of sap in plants.how is it explained by transpiration pull?

Transpiration, it's loosung of 90% of absorbed water in the form of water vapour from different aerial parts of plants.

The loss of water by plants through leaves creates a suction which pull water from xylem cells to roots.
