Answer:

Urine is formed in the kidneys through the process of filteration of the blood . Then this urine passes through the ureter to the bladder where it is stored temporarily .During urination the urine is passed away from the bladder .

Composition of urine :

water (95%),urea, chloride, sodium ,potassium, creatinine etc
