The process of making the Moong more nutritious we call it sprouting. The process is as the list that follows :

We can take 50 gram of moong and put it in the vessel.

Firstly we can hang them in a wet cloth or soak them in water

After three or four days we can see tiny white like thing coming out.These are called sprouts

This process is also known as germination. Doctors tell us to have this because they are very nutritious in vitamin A, B e.t.c
