Rinse the beans well and drain the water. Now look at the seeds below. They are swollen and plump.Some have even sprouted lightly. Wet a cheese cloth or muslin cloth or a thin cotton cloth, squeeze out excess water, transfer the moong beans in it and hang it loosely to drain remaining water if any.

1. Take some dry seeds of moong or chana.
2.Put a small quantity of seeds in a container filled with water and leave a side for a day.
3.Next day , drain the water completely and leave the seeds in a vessel.
4.Wrap them with a piece of wet cloth and seed aside .
5.Next day you will see white structure has grown out it .
6.These are sprouted seeds. You can eat them as it is or boil them and eat. They are very healthy.
