Explanation:

The urine formation is a complex process which involves three process.

1. Ultrafiltration - Bowman's capsule acts as a ultrafilters . As the blood flow through glomerular capillaries, water and all the substances and out of the blood into the Bowman's capsule.

2. Tubular or selective reabsorption - it is the second step of urine formation. As stated earlier than 190 litres of glomerular filtrate is formed one day about 1.5 litres of urine passed out daily. . It means is reabsorbed by the tubules.

3. Tubular secretion- thus removes substance from the filtrate into the blood. This also plays only a minor role in the function of human kidney.
