Answer:

Take few drops of buttermilk and dilute it with few drops of water. Put a drop of crystal violet and cover with a cover slip and allow it to get stained fro 1 min. Wash the slide to remove excess of stain and observe it under microscope. The dark blue coloured rod shaped microscope are the Lactobacillus.
