☺☺hlo mate here is ur answer ☺☺

CONCAVE MIRROR :

☆ . The rays after reflection seems to converge at a point .

☆ . Real image .

☆ . Inverted image .

☆ . enlarged image , same size or diminished .

CONVEX MIRROR :

☆ . The rays after reflection seems to diverge from a point.

☆ . Virtual image .

☆ . diminished image .

We know that there are two types of spherical mirror :

  1. Convex mirror - The reflecting surface is curved outward.
  2. Concave mirror- The reflecting surface is curved inward.

Explanation: Now let's see the properties of image formed by each mirror one by one -

Convex mirror

The image formed by convex mirror can be of different kind-

  • The image will always be diminished , erect and virtual.
  • It always diverges the image so it is known as diverging mirror .
  • The formation of image does not depends on the position of the image.

Concave mirror

There are some of properties can be seen in the image formation-

  • This is a converging mirror .
  • When an object is placed very close to the mirror a virtual and magnified image is formed.
  • The size of the image gets smaller as the object is moves far from the mirror and a real image is form .
  • Concave mirror can also form images that can be large , small, erect, and virtual.
